What began as a mobile flea market out of a hatchback in the late 70’s has flourished into an over 10,000 square foot new and used gear marine emporium taking up nearly a city block on State Road 84 in Fort Lauderdale. We are proud of our reputation for unique inventory - from the bizarre, to that hard-to-find, to the everyday. Many have left saying, “I’ve been looking for this everywhere! I thought I’d never find it.” Unlike other marine stores, customers can trade, sell or consign (not to mention wheel and deal). It’s not uncommon to hear tell of people paying homage to Sailorman (or at least making it a necessary stop as they pass through Fort Lauderdale.) Cruisers all over the world spread the word, “Sailorman is a ‘must see’”. Others feel like a kid in a candy shop and spend hours digging through the bins of used gear just for fun.
